The Irken Planet Jacker Treaty

The Irken Planet Jacker Treaty was a deal signed at an unknown point in Irken Imperial history between the Irkens and the Planet Jackers. One of the known terms of the treaty was that the Planet Jackers could not take a planet marked for counquest by the Irken army and throw it into their dying sun. In Invader Zim episode 7, Zim trying to save Earth from the Planet Jackers reminds them of the treaty saying that it was a mistake that Earth was not marked on the map but because Zim is not an official Invader, Earth is allowed to be destroyed.
