Despite the efforts of it's soldiers, the Irken Empire doesn't own everything, and as such there exists worlds not yet conquered by Irken Boots. Reasons for this status range from an inability to conquer it due to a hostile sentient race, such as the Meekrob, or Treaties and Alliances formed earlier, such as the (now shattered) Irken-Vortian Alliance, and the Irken-Planet Jacker treaty.
Worlds that have not been conquered by the Irken Empire include the hostile homeworld of the Meekrob, the Planet Jacker home of Guarven, Earth, and more.
